Anonymous asked: how much olive oil do you put in your salad?
I just quickly drizzle a tiny bit. It’s probably 1/3 of a Tbsp.

Apples, soy, wheat (especially), legumes, cruciferous vegetables (cabbage, brussels sprouts, broccoli), nightshade vegetables (eggplant, bell pepper, potato, tomato)…I’m definitely forgetting some.
Yes. Absolutely!
- 4 rice cakes
- Banana
- Dates
- Peach
- 2 avocado maki rolls
- Seaweed salad
- Tiny bit of tofu
- Homemade brown rice mushroom and arugula risotto
Thanks for this and I’m seeing a counsellor at home, but I can’t see anyone here.
Hmmm…come off anon and talk to me about it privately? Maybe it’s diet related or something? I’d like to know your whole routine!
There are so many foods that make me horribly bloated and I don’t want to eat them because they make me feel really uncomfortable and they make me look fat and gross and that is not fun or good especially for a model who needs to look here best every second of every day. I just don’t want to risk it. I’m trying my best to get the proper nutrition, but sometimes it’s just so had. I’ve been taking multivitamins, though, so hopefully they’re making up for it a bit. I’m sorry to worry you, though. I just feel like I’m doing what I’ve got to do.
Honestly, I’d love to tell you that if you change your workout routine you’ll magically get over the plateau, but I can’t predict anything! It is absolutely worth a shot, though! Sometimes our bodies resist weight loss because they get comfortable at a certain weight and they really want to retain it. Just keep trying. Don’t get discouraged. It could take a few days, it could take a week or it could take a month or more for the weight to start coming off again. It will come off, though!
I don’t even notice the time change, to be honest! When I got here (in Milan) it was 5:00 (Milan time), so I had some dinner and then went to sleep (I was dead tired). When I woke up in the morning I was 100% fine. It’s a difference of 6 hours, so I do notice it when I try to communicate with my friends and family who are at home, but I don’t physically notice it. I guess the only effect the time change had on me was that for the first week and a half, I’d wake up automatically at 6:00 AM and then I wouldn’t be able to fall back to sleep, but that’s not happening any more! I will for sure notice the time change when I go back home, though. I’ll experience some major jet lag.
